Just use a VPN to your server or restart your internet router so you can get a new ip address because most networks are dynamic IP and not static.

There are websites that let you download the subtitles from a youtube video link but they have fake virus pop-ups etc.

i found this in the network tab on firefox dev tools and found this  

when i download a youtube mp3 file i get a 0 bytes .mp3 file. i tried to open the 0 bytes .mp3 file with VLC but it does not work...
