anytweaks breaks foveated rendering on quest 3

basically, the foveated rendering setting seems to do nothing. foveated rendering seems to be completely off no matter what i set it to.

which greatly tanks the game's frames and makes the game run a lot worse with anytweaks installed..

i think quest 3 might be capable of handling bloom properly, but the lack of foveated rendering is ruining it
