Tox clients should also have common sounds

i.e. chat notification, ringing, video ringing... qTox currently uses this for chat notifications, and I'm searching for a good ringtone.

It has also been suggested in qTox issues the group chats and 1v1 chats should get different sound notifications.

Toxic has a bunch of sounds, but of the two I listened to, I didn't like IncomingCall and much prefer qTox's notification to RecvMessage.

@dubslow do you know of anyone working on this? I only ask because I feel the UI git isn't the place to discuss it.
