Add "Follow us on Linkedin" button

It is a feature, a link to the linked page is provided in this repo however it is not provided on the page.

Addition of a button which redirects to the linkedin page of Opne Source Village similar in design to "Join Discord" button.

Kindly assign this issue to me under Gssoc'24
