Proximity Chat won't pick up my mic after using radio/caps lock push-to-talk

As the description says, my mic won't work after using caps lock to talk on the radio in-game. The only work around that I know of is by alt-tabbing to TeamSpeak and reconnecting to the VoIP server. I don't have to relaunch or reconnect anything other than the TeamSpeak server.

Is this a result of the recent FiveM update, or is this a bug within TokoVOIP?

Unfortunately I do have the exact problem.
