ActionRunner.execute seems to ignore deeplinks

✍️ Issue Description

Looking at the code of ActionRunner.execute ActionRunner.swift:34 i see that we need allowedProtocols to allow deeplinks to be called. This is a recent change and it used to work. Shall we keep deeplinks working as before?

📋 Steps to Reproduce

  1. Send a push message with a deeplink and openUrl type
  2. Tap on it
  3. The deeplink wont open
