https://www.sparkfun.com/products/17745 says "16MB QSPI Flash Memory". b stands for bit, B for byte. Fully clear would be MiB, but that's not something I'm gonna die for. "b" is much more unclear, esp. when memory chips are actually widely measured in bits, not bytes.
