IsoNet 'Generate Mask' by GUI not working

After running HIV data tutorial, I am trying neuronal synapse data tutorial.

I could run commandline tutorial up to refine well.

However, when I used GUI, I can't see any result/output after 'Generate Mask' although I see that I made 'tomograms.star' well (simply by specifying input tomo rec file path, Apix and Number of subtomo) and '3dmod view'. Screenshot 2023-12-19 at 1 50 02 PM

Maybe uncheck the "use deconv map"

Yes, I already clicked 'Generate Mask' even after unchecking 'use deconv map' since IsoNet authors used VPP to generate this synapse data as Screenshot 2023-12-22 at 12 43 53 PM

However, still I don't see any change in my './cryoEM/IsoNet/tutorial/synapse_GUI/mask'

Hi,

I can not replicate this issue you have described. I am not sure but it may related to your folder path.
