Deal with listening port conflicts better for tracelog capturing

Turns out Apple device services also listens on port 21705, so hit a conflict there

Also my BSNES version doesn't detect the conflict and happily proceeds, resulting in a confusing situation for the user

We should fix both of those things, probably also make the port# configurable.
