[Bug]: Teams not fully initialized when started minimized

Describe the bug

I've set in config, that Teams should start minimized. But they are not fully initialized, so I don't get notification until I open the window and Teams fully loads

What package are you using?

flatpak

2.0.14

Reproduction steps

1. Start Teams minimized
2. Open the Teams window
3. A "Preparing Teams" message is shown and took some time until workspace is loaded

Expected Behavior

It wold be nice if this could happen automatically on background (if is even possible)
