Substring option

Interested in the substring option. I understand that the last characters of the bitcoin address are being used. That is, by limiting the value to 1-2 characters, we will get a large number of false positives? Why isn't this happening?

I would also like to know the answer to this question. I let it run with substring=3 for 2 days and no entry on plutus.txt.
