Database upadates

Is someone able to write a program that generates automatic pickle files / new databases? I would but I wouldn't even know where to start...

@SayWhat69 thanks for the work - how did you do it so others like me can learn and automate it to post to our repo - and also learn so we can possibly use on other chain test nets to learn with?
