NTSC 720x480 capture only gives the top half of the frame.

I bought an IO-DATA capture recently and while your driver works, 720x480 capture appears to be the top half of the frame stretched out to 720x480 rather than the full proper frame.

So obviously the chipset supports horizontal and vertical scaling, the question is what would I modify in the source to fix the vertical scaling in order to get the scanlines 1:1 without any vertical interpolation?
