Login System doesn't kick players.

Hello, i have tiny issue, I'm using velocity so my server has sub servers. For some reason when people don't login on hub server, after login time ends, they are moved to sub servers (no login system in those), not kick form server. Is there a config I'm not seeing or could this be fixed?
