Feature Request Proposal Players registered check

I have a proposal for adding a command that allows you to check the number of accounts registered under one IP. For example, the command could look like /ipcheck {player/ip/uuid/all}. The chat or console would display a message about the number of accounts and the nicknames of players registered under one IP. This feature will make it easier for server administration to check players for multiple accounts.
