Plugin commands not generating; /register doesn't exist?

My server is running on 1.20.4 and I'm using Authy for cracked authentication, but the commands /login and /register don't exist and won't work when I type them and they register as unknown

Well, I don't think it's such a problem. You probably use some plugins for managing permissions, like LuckPerms. Just give the group default permissions to commands from this plugin.
