The cpu resource exhausting

Hi, It no doubt that the cellassign was great tools for personalization cell annotating. on my case to running the data, something of, taking cellassign would be invoked so many cpu resource that it would lead to another work suspend to wait the cellassign done. As far as this issue, how can i curb the cellassign to use all of cpu, in other word, could i set the number of cpu to execute cellassign? image

Are you making sure to only use marker genes as input to the function? (i.e. not tx-wide)?
