The tensorflow install in the location that i don't want to

Hi, I want to install the cellassign R package using miniconda that install with other path not the default miniconda path like /home/user1/miniconda3. For example, I install the miniconda on /share/nas1/user1/miniconda3, after which the old miniconda already had installed in /home/user1/miniconda3, that i want to install the tensorflow into the miniconda environment was along with /share/nas1/user1/miniconda3 path not the /home/user1/miniconda3. when i do this, it always install in locate /home/user1/miniconda3 not the path /share/nas1/user1/miniconda3 that i want to. It was weird, and how to fix this issue? Additionally,there was something wrong on installing r-cellassign, as i install the cellassign through conda r-cellassign, It would be complain with the cellprobs function can not be found but not found this error in method devtools::install_github("Irrationone/cellassign").
