conda package does not depend on python, tensorflow, tensorflow-probability

After running the fragment in the README

conda install -c conda-forge -c bioconda r-cellassign

I expect that all required packages are installed. However, I need to additionally run

conda install -c conda-forge python=3.8 tensorflow-gpu=2.2 tensorflow-probability

to get all of the required packages.

It would be helpful to add these dependencies to the conda package. conda search reports that they are not there already
