CRAN wants all the sprintfs changed to snprintf, but I'm about as good at C as I am at defusing semtex. Drew, any chance you'd be willing to make this change? I'm guessing it's five minutes of work for you compared to five hours for me..

What's the timeline on this? I'd love to help, but I'm crazy busy with two jobs and some unreasonable CRAN demands on my own packages. Just trying to make sure this is possible for me.
