ACCESSIBILITY: there's not enough of a color contrast for stderr under -X:ColorfulConsole
Using the default background color of cmd.exe (black), the specific red color we choose for stderr (specifically FF0000) under -X:ColorfulConsole doesn't have a high enough color contrast. We need to choose a shade of red that's a bit brighter.
