Severe Lags on 1.16.5 with shaders

What happened?

My Game runs perfectly fine when playing without shaders (300+ fps). But With them enabled, it drops to below 30. This doesnt happen on newer versions of Minecraft. Is it something with the shader version? It runs perfectly fine on optifine but iris and sodium create severe lags. My Pc specs are ryzen 5 4500, rx 6600 and 16gb of ram
