Translation change bug using the resource pack

What happened?

When I want to change the iris translation (in my case I was changing the Ukrainian translation) using the resource pack, it doesn't apply until I remove the translation file from the mod's jar. Iris is the only mod in which I noticed such a problem, and I don't know why it appears and I hope you can fix it.

Note: when I added a translation to the lines that were not in the translation file (in my case, the Ukrainian language translation file), the translation worked fine.
