Obfuscated nametags causing significant framedrops even with shaders turned off

What happened?

I'm having an issue of Iris spamming something when obfuscated text is used which causes major fps drops even with shaders turned off.

I get this issue when playing on game-modes on Hypixel where they try to hide the identity of others players by obfuscating their name tags (survival games for example).

Other game-modes like TNT tag where they dont use hidden identities via the use of obfuscated nametags and which can also be fairly large lobbies, i do not have such fps drops. in the spark file linked below you can see exactly what happens when I get loaded into a game with people with the obfuscated name-tags. I can often comfortably hit high framerates even in filled lobby but with obfuscated name tags it drops below 20, Enabling shaders does not resolve the issue. I have also linked my latest log file.
