Add .avif to skipped filetypes by default

Please consider adding .avif images to the default exclusion list for CompactGUI.exe operations.

.avif files are based on the cutting-edge AV1 video codec and offer superior compression efficiency compared to formats like JPEG and WebP. As such, they are already highly optimized, and attempting further compression with compact.exe would likely be ineffective and redundant.
