[Suggest] Release for ARM64 binaries?

Hi, I wonder if you'd like to add a ARM64 binary to release, I have tested that it can be compiled and works well on my ARM machine. I have not tested cross compiling, but it should work after all it's a modern .NET app. It should be as simple as specifying -r win-arm64.
