[Bug] Weak matching of dangerous folder names

I was gonna post this in #277, but since it's also a bug, I'll create another issue. That issue happened because I couldn't compress a folder called "Windows Subsystem for Android", so I removed the "Windows" part, compressed it and later edited watcher.json. CompactGUI only checks for folders starting with "Windows", not the "Windows" system folder.
