Auto Watch new quests not always working

as the title says, the "Auto Watch New Quests" option is enabled but when I pickup new quests they're not always appearing in my quest tracker, instead I'm currently having to click the menu button on the quest tracker and select "Watch All Quests" to get it to update when it decides not to watch a quest I've just picked up.

I did try toggling it off and on to see if that would fix it, which seemed to work for a time (though it could have just been a coincidence) but it soon went back to not watching newly acquired quests.

Do u use auto accept option or any other Addon that does that?
