Option 'drag_over_limit'

In double slider type create an option 'drag_over_limit', to allow one handle push another.

Would love to see this added. I have been watching some user testing videos and noticed that users seem to expect this functionality to be there.

If you drag one handle to the same position as the other handle they overlap each other and you can't move the second handle without moving the first handle out of the way.

Ideally if you grab one handle and push it past the other one it would push them both. Then if you grab the overlapping handles it'd choose which handle is active based on which direction you dragged it.
