Add support for Raphnet "like" adapters

I have a Wii Guitar with a wii to usb adapter from amazon that has the guitar show up in windows as JC-W01U. It works fine in Clonehero, etc. But the mapper does not detect it.

Can you add support so the mapper detects it as a guitar please? image
