Wireless PS3 Guitar Hero guitars do not get detected

I have a Wireless PS3 Les Paul controller and a Wireless PS3 Guitar Hero World Tour Genericaster controller. Both do not get detected by FestivalInstrumentMapper. I've verified their functionality in Clone Hero.

I am running Windows 11 LTSC IoT which may or not be causing this? I checked the Windows directories and it looked like all of the required drivers were there.
