Guitar mapped but don't do anything in game

Status show "Guitar is now mapped" but when I try to change the inputs in the game settings, it doesn't do anything. Is the same as if I pressed ESC on the keyboard. It is a generic "doyo" PS3 guitar. It has both GH and Rock band modes
