Readme needs to be corrected

I've been trying to setup local development environment and stumbled upon mistakes in "Getting started" section.

Starting off, i want to point on directory path misspell.

Another problem is that invoking go command with parameter --buildmode=c-shared requires C compiler GCC installed and setup in environment Path. Otherwise it outputs next error:

cgo: C compiler "gcc" not found: exec: "gcc": executable file not found in %PATH

Я пытался настроить локальную среду разработки и столкнулся с ошибками в разделе «Начало работы».

Для начала я хотел бы указать на ошибку в написании пути к каталогу.

Другая проблема заключается в том, что для вызова команды go с параметром --buildmode=c-shared требуется установленный и настроенный в среде Path. компилятор C GCC. В противном случае возникает следующая ошибка:

cgo: компилятор C «gcc» не найден: exec: «gcc»: исполняемый файл не найден в %PATH

You don't need anything except the dll file to work.

@xellans, yep and for building dll you need configured Golang environment, which includes gcc. Without gcc there's will be error building dll
