Windows 10 CRASH

I tried to run it on version 64, but the application crashes. Following advice from the comments, I downloaded version 86. On this version, the server pings, but when I press the run button, the animation starts and the Internet disappears, and the inscription does not change from “stopped” and the indicator continues to light red
