Switching Dojos

Since switching Dojo servers in SentinelX works nicely and it doesn't seem to be too troublesome to implement, would you please add the same functionality to Samourai?

if dojo is removed the server will revert back to default ones.. that will register xpub to default server.. that's why we wont allow disabling dojo in samourai

I think it should be handled as if the Dojo were offline. Simply don't make any requests until a new dojo is specified. Switching dojos is very important in my opinion since it makes it easy to migrate machines. Creating a new wallet every time a dojo is changed is not practical at all and it destroys all privacy (if utxos are consolidated)
