[ENHANCEMENT] NPC spawn with packet

Is it possible to spawn an NPC just for a specific player ? Also you're API is compatible with 1.11.2 right ?

When I'm spawning an NPC caver spider and I use pathfindTo the entity isn't looking where she walks :/
