Pandas version only possible on py 3.6?

Just wondering what made you stick to pandas 0.19.2? Seems this is only working on python 3.6?

Hi, good question it had to do with compatibility with our current stack only. We are initially using this in an old python 2.7 environment and the other version was causing issues.
