Thanks for the swift reply, I'm using 1.35.1, which is the latest version I can use given my Gemfile as I load the `standard` gem

I actually just managed to update it to `1.39.0` and the issue persists

It could be a timing issue as it does not happen when I have all extensions but this one disabled but it starts happening more as I load up more...

When I did it didn't seem to be tied to a specific extension, as when the issue started to pop-up, if I disabled the extension I just enabled and enabled...

I tried again, disabling one by one every extension then reloading the editor. There is no correlation, I tried in different orders, etc, the only thing that I see is...
