chore: update deps and fix tests

There have been various improvements in the latest beta releases for valibot over what is available in 0.42.1. Ended up updating basically all deps and also updated those tests that were still relying on snapshots, to make sure they are focused on actual validation and not error syntax.

I've also pushed on main a small fix (16a8899) for jsdocs. That I didn't know typescript would lose them if something gets re-exported in a namespace.

Everything looks nominal to me, a new release could also be useful (if you want to).
