Idea

Play notification sounds, potentially text-to-speech generated, in associated voice channels when upon stage change.

Implemented in 9634af12457280895f69b24bbfc03945ce61e9b5 by playing a basic tone when the stage changes. Could be expanded upon with custom tones or text-to-speech.
