Dialogue cancellation

Idea

The interactive prompts, particularly in the newgroup command, have no cancellation path once begun.

Implementation

A cancellation symbol, e.g. c should be optionally added to the input interactive util.

As of the rewrite in 9634af12457280895f69b24bbfc03945ce61e9b5, the interactive prompt chains have been removed. The general cancellation method has also changed to reactions.
