Objectives for the operation Serenity for the next PI:

1. Reducing technical debt by reimplementing the IOSim timeout primitives, improving the performance of the IOSim.
2. Redesign Typed Protocols for cleaner API and reduce the number of threads and their concurrency.
3. Publish IOSim on Hackage to implement IOHK policy to be an open source participant, providing quality documentation on how to use the library.
