Instantiate hashing with trivial unit when generating traces

Besides degrading tests performance, using a concrete hashing function will not give us freedom to shrink CHAIN traces.

We should instantiate the CHAIN traces to use a trivial hash, so that we can shrink (by removing blocks or changing their contents) without the hashing becoming invalid.
