Renaming Staking voting role to AccountRole

It has been brought up that Staking key role is a little confusing, since it is not only used for receiving rewards, but also for:

  • Returns for deposits
  • Treasury withdrawals

Also will require rename:

  • Staking -> AccountRole
  • RewardAcnt -> Account
  • StakeCredential -> AccountCredential
