move libADLMIDI out of the codebase

Unless there is a good reason, libADLMIDI should be pulled in as an external rather than being version controlled as part of the Shockolate codebase.

libADLMIDI is a fork project of ADLMIDI by Bisqwit that is intended to turn it into the library and then, extend its functionality, stability, etc. libADLMIDI has 4 years of hard work done by me and some of my friends. Bisqwit's ADLMIDI is now looking ancient because he hasn't small time to work on that, therefore I have picked that up to work by myself. Anyway, to avoid future confusion (Right now, libADLMIDI is not the same as ADLMIDI by Bisqwit), I have the issue to rename it into something like "libOPLMIDI" or something other.
