Games Crashes for AMD Radeon Cards

Summary

Two players have reported being unable to launch Delver and the usual fixes did not work. The common thread is they both have AMD Radeon graphics cards.

There might be an issue with libGDX and Radeon cards.

We should investigate if this is still repros on libGDX 1.9.9

Did not crash when using Steam version of Delver with Radeon R9 280 on "PopOs!" (based on Ubuntu). I did not test extensively but was able to get from the initial start of the game to the campfire area.

I have a Radeon Graphics card and I do not get this. At least with the engine. I do not have delver atm.

I have a AMD RX 570 8GB.
