I think this is a bit late, and I'm also concerned that in the future, we may, in some cases, want to return content. Returning a 200 is fine and will not affect clients. I would keep it as-is for now.

The work in this repository is finished and will be continued in a new repository under https://github.com/eclipse-dataspace-protocol-base/. Therefore, I am closing the PR here.
