Update Widoco process to handle version numbers

Following #394 , we might need multiple Widoco documentations in the gh-pages branch. In needed, please update the Widoco pipeline to not push to that branch directly, but use sub-dirs for the respective version number. We can then link to these different versions from https://w3id.org/idsa/core
