Connector protocol binding specification

Given the discussion during the Plugfest, the idea is to be able to explicitly define the way a connector should interact with another connector.

This probably can be added as property of ids:ConnectorEndpoint with an enum of the current protocol bindings (IDSCP, HTTP Multipart, REST/LDP, MQTT)
