Verify whether `ids:DurationEntity` is required anymore

The class ids:DurationEntity is defined in TemporatlEntity.ttl, but is never used, except for two comments.

Please verify this and possibly remove that detached class. Note that in ids:hasDuration, we use xsd:duration directly.
